This experience is for you should you want to get as close to the source as you possibly can and connect with the method, the environment, even the Distiller themself. 

Many of the Distilleries offer special tastings that showcase the different casks they use making the experience extremely fun for the nose and palate. Some also offer a unique "blend your own bottle" experience as well.

We can arrange a special itinerary for you. It would be our pleasure to do so, and then take care of everything for you so all you have to do is taste, taste, taste and enjoy.

We can introduce you to a dozen Distilleries in Southern Tasmania, some of which offer special tours, tastings and even blending experiences.
